Core 57 is a community that provides support and encouragement to help me reach my goals. There is a variety of classes including strength and agility as well as yoga stretching and restoring. The trainers and staff are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I have worked out for 20+ years but have learned so much this past few months about proper form and it has made a huge difference. I also love how upbeat everyone is and how they make you feel at home! Love it!
